Strength & Conditioning Camp 

Your athlete will learn proper training techniques that will enhance their athletic performance by focusing on correct form and movement patterns while increasing strength through body weight and weight room exercises.

Middle School (grades 5-8)

August 2-6, 6:00-7:00 PM

High School (grades 9-12)

August 9-13, 6:00-7:00 PM


Your Coach: Cody Gillenwater has competed and coached at the high school and collegiate level. He has his Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology.
